The company is headed by :-

James Neil who brings with him over 25 years of experience in the building industry.

Wendy Kinda who brings with her over 15 years of business management and administrative expertise. Working exclusively in the building industry for almost 10 years.

Together, they work with and alongside architects, clients, subcontractors and trades providing them a sound knowledge of the many facets of building development.

They aim to provide their clients with a holistic approach to the building process with an outcome that is clear, informative, service focused and realistic.

A relationship developed on good communication is considered essential to the success of any project. The opportunity to have all parties involved working cohesively to form a common goal and outcome is paramount. Time spent to ‘sit down’ and consider the details is priceless, rewarding and reassuring all around.
